This Maverick Mountain Polychrome mug replica is made authentically to the ancient pottery traditions of southeast Arizona. Hand coiled, stone polished, painted with natural mineral paints and outdoor fired with mesquite, this is just like the ancient pottery but it was made last year. 5 3/4″ x 4 3/4″ x 4 1/2″

This is an authentic replica of a Maverick Mountain Polychrome mug. It is not a replica of a specific pot but is a type replica, using the same materials, techniques and design motifs as the originals. This pot was made in a YouTube video as part of the Ancient Pottery Challenge. 5 3/4″ x 4 3/4″ x 4 1/2″

Maverick Mountain Polychrome was made in southeast Arizona and southwest New Mexico by Puebloan immigrants from about 1275 until 1330 AD.
