Huachuca Red Clay for Slip or Paint

4 ounces of purified red clay slip from southern Arizona. This is a red clay that has been purified through levigation, just soak it into a thin consistency and paint onto the outside of a pot. It will fire to an earthy red in an oxidation atmosphere.
